Outlet Basketball is proud to present the New Forest Novas — our exciting development club based in New Milton. With a growing community of players and families, the Novas are fast becoming a key part of grassroots basketball in the New Forest area.

📍 Our Home & Training Times

The Novas train every Sunday from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at New Milton Leisure Centre. These two-hour sessions provide the perfect mix of skill development, team drills, and gameplay — helping young players build confidence and improve week by week in a fun, energetic environment.

🧠 Coached by Ben Lin

The Novas are led by Coach Ben Lin, one of Outlet Basketball’s most dedicated and passionate development coaches. Ben has grown the Novas from the ground up, building a club that welcomes players of all backgrounds and abilities. Known for his positive coaching style and focus on individual growth, Ben helps every player shine — both on and off the court.

As part of the Outlet Basketball network, the Novas benefit from Ben’s direct links to our wider coaching team and development pathway, giving players clear progression routes into higher levels of basketball.

🏆 Triple 10 Showdown & Competitive Spirit

The Novas are proud competitors in the Triple 10 Showdown (T10) — Outlet Basketball’s in-house grassroots league. Each weekend, they face off against other development clubs like the Gosport Gunners, Fareham Falcons, Boorley Green Bucks, and Warriors Basketball. The T10 Showdown provides a fantastic competitive platform for young players to test their skills, gain experience, and be part of something bigger.

The New Forest Novas are actively recruiting new players across U12s, U14s, and U16s. Whether you’re new to basketball or already love the game, there’s a place for you here.

💷 Pay-and-Play Pricing

Our sessions operate on a pay-and-play basis to keep things flexible and accessible:

  • £8 per 1-hour

  • £9.50 for 75 mins

  • £10 for 90 minutes

Spots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis — early booking is advised!
